I am Parmelia Matos, a certified international real estate advisor and member of eXp Realty. I guide buyers and investors seeking to make intelligent and secure decisions in the Dominican Republic, especially in Santo Domingo, Punta Cana, Cap Cana, Playa Nueva Romana, Miches and other high-growth tourist areas. I also work strategically with colleagues in Miami for clients expanding their portfolio in the United States. I speak Spanish and English, which allows me to guide both local clients and foreign investors with clear processes, real comparisons and honest advice. My specialty is pre-construction, luxury and eco-luxury projects, and the creation of wealth strategies that combine profitability, appreciation and long-term vision. I come from an environment where construction is part of everyday life, which allows me to evaluate projects from a technical, legal and aesthetic perspective. When I'm not visiting projects, I enjoy casual photography, swim training and spending quality time with my family.
